At BetterWild, we want you to feel as confident in your style as you do in our quality, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items back in their original packaging or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective liners are intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
